Behind every project there is one person in charge: the owner of KAS Reformas
Yuriy Kasyurak runs KAS Reformas and is on site: he plans, carries out and is responsible for the quality and progress of every project. He has over 15 years in renovations and construction, more than 10 of them in Spain, and previously worked in furniture making and fitting. Tiling and plumbing are his specialities.
Depending on the size of the job he works with a regular team of 1 to 4 professionals, and brings in trusted collaborators when the project calls for it. You always deal with him directly.

Is the quote free?
Yes. The initial visit and the quote are free and without obligation.
Do you take care of the materials?
Yes. We can handle the selection, purchase, transport and delivery of materials. If you prefer to buy them yourself, we work that way too and advise you on your choice.
Do you handle permits and skips?
When the job requires it, yes. The paperwork needed depends on the scope of the renovation and the town council; we help you sort it out when necessary.
Can I live at home during the renovation?
It depends on the scope. For a bathroom or kitchen it's usually possible with some inconvenience; for a full renovation it usually isn't. We'll go through it with you at the visit.
Can I change something during the work?
Yes. Any additional work is priced and added in writing before it's done, so there are no surprises.
How long does a bathroom renovation take?
A complete bathroom usually takes between one and two weeks depending on the scope. For a kitchen, fitting takes around a week plus the preparatory work.
