KAS comes from Kasyurak. It is a small renovation company working in Dénia, Gandía and across the Marina Alta, where the person who gives you the quote is the same person on site afterwards.

Yuriy Kasyurak

Yuriy has worked in renovation and construction for over 15 years, more than 10 of them in Spain. Before moving into building work he made a living making and fitting furniture, and it shows in how he works today: he measures twice, takes care over where materials meet, and does not consider a kitchen unit or a bathroom finished until everything closes properly and sits level.

Over time he specialised in the two parts of a renovation that cause the most problems when done badly: tiling and plumbing. These are the jobs he usually does himself. The rest he coordinates with a regular team of 1 to 4 tradespeople, depending on the size of the job, and with specialist contractors when the project calls for it (electrics, plasterboard, joinery, heating and air conditioning).

What never changes is the relationship: you deal with Yuriy from the first visit to handover. He inspects the property, prepares the itemised quote, is on site and answers for the work done. KAS invoices the whole job and carries public liability insurance.

How we work

The same process for every renovation, whether it's a bathroom or a whole home. That way you always know what comes next.

  1. Contact

    Call us or message us on WhatsApp and tell us what you'd like to renovate. We usually reply the same day.

  2. Visit

    We come to the property with no obligation: we check its condition, take measurements and listen to what you need.

  3. Quote

    We send you a detailed, itemised quote. A small job is priced quickly; a complex renovation can take up to a week.

  4. Planning

    We agree materials, dates and the order of the work. If you like, we buy the materials and take delivery of them.

  5. Renovation

    We protect walkways, coordinate the trades and keep you informed of progress. Changes are priced before they are done.

  6. Handover

    We go over the work with you, clean up and hand over your renovation ready to use.

What we focus on

We prefer to do well what we know inside out. We do not do swimming pools, façades, roofs or microcement: if your project needs any of those, we will tell you at the visit.

The jobs we do most. Demolition, installations, tiling, sanitaryware or units: all with the same team.

Where we work

We work in Dénia, Gandía, the Marina Alta and surroundings: Dénia, Jávea and the rest of the towns in the district, Gandía and La Safor to the north, and down to Calpe in the south. Always being close by is practical: it means the initial visit can happen without delay and we can be on site every day for the duration of the renovation.

We mostly work for owners who live in their home or use it as a second residence and want to renovate it to live better: families, couples, people who buy an older flat and want to bring it up to date.
