An open-plan kitchen within a full renovation
In this home in Calpe, in the middle of a full renovation, we took on the installation of the made-to-measure kitchen. The space had already been resolved: kitchen open to the living room, exposed wooden beams and a suspended ceiling with indirect lighting. What remained was fitting the units so that everything came together.
Units, island and hood
Yuriy fitted the base and wall units, the central island with its black worktop and the ceiling extractor hood above it, taking care to level every module and to fit them against walls that are not always square. The integration details, plinths, the finish next to the window, the hood outlet, are what separate a kitchen that has been assembled from a kitchen that has been properly finished.

Fitting the island and the hood
With the full renovation under way, we fitted the island, levelled the worktop and hung the ceiling hood before the painting was finished.

Worktop and kitchen run
Black worktop fitted on the base units and the run along the cooking area; the hood stays wrapped until the painting is done.

Suspended ceiling with indirect lighting
Perimeter suspended ceiling with LED strip and recessed spotlights over the kitchen and living room, leaving the wooden posts exposed.
